What if I placed an order but never received an order confirmation email?

  • Check to make sure your accessing the correct email address for your order confirmation.  The email address selected at checkout will be used for all communication regrading your order.
  • If still do not have an order confirmation email, please contact us and we will access your account.

What if I accidentally selected Curbside Delivery but i need my order shipped?

  • Please respond to your order confirmation email requesting your order to be shipped.  We will respond with payment options within 24-48 hours. 

I need to change my shipping address on my order, what do I do?

  • Please respond to your order confirmation email immediately and we will assist you in adjusting your address.  Please note once you receive a shipping confirmation your address cannot be changed. Please note if you paid via paypal, we cannot adjust the shipping address entered upon checkout.  All address changes are subject to approval.

Do you provide FREE RETURN SHIPPING?

  • Unfortunately, we do not offer free return shipping at this moment. We request all return packages are sent via trackable/insured mail.  We cannot be responsible for lost/stolen packages.

I ordered an item but need a different size in the item?

  • Please fill out the CREATE A RETURN form found by clicking the link found on our website.   Please note only the same item, different size is available for an exchange.

I ordered something but I don't like it, and would rather exchange it for something else?

  • Please send the item and mark store credit, we will process a credit for you and you can use it to purchase the new item.  

I ordered something, and when I received the package- it was damaged or the wrong item?

  • Email us the details by clicking the CREATE A RETURN link found on our website.  Pictures of the damage or incorrect item must be submitted. We will then contact you with more information.  Please note, we must be notified of all damage item within 72 hours of delivery via tracking information.

There is an item I would like to purchase, but its sold out?

  • Select the item and preferred size on the website and click the NOTIFY ME button.  Include your email address and/or phone # to be notified of a stock update.

I ordered something for a Curbside delivery, was not at my location at the time for delivery do I need to pay another fee for drop-off?

  • All Curbside Deliveries are dropped off for our Safety First initiative. All items are dropped of and contacted with the image of the drop off to ensure that the customer is notified where to find their items. If you need the items stored in a private are please use the email notification to add any notes to your Curbside Delivery Order. Orders not able to be dropped off are kept up to 14 business days after initial attempt to drop off and contact. Items will be refunded if 3 failed attempts. Unclaimed orders are not eligible for a refund as it is no longer applicable under our return policy.  A restocking fee ill be accessed and a store credit will be issued for the current selling price minus any restocking fees.
